DELIVERY

All our orders are sent by Royal Mail, either by first class signed for in the UK or by international standard to the rest of the world.
All items take up to 21 days to be made and shipped. If three weeks have passed and you have not received your order, then please contact us immediately so we can track your item.

If you require your order sooner then please contact us on info@littleolivechildrenswear.co.uk and we’ll do our best to get it turned around in time for you.

Please note that proof of postage is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost in the post then Royal Mail advise that a period of time must pass before this item is classed as officially lost. Once this time has past a replacement item will be sent to you.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are unhappy with your order please contact us within 14 days of your order’s arrival at info@littleolivechildrenswear.co.uk to discuss any issues.

We happily accept returns and exchanges as long as the item is returned in its original condition.

Please note that we will not accept back items that have been washed or worn. If an item is returned to us with signs of washing or wear then it will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and we recommend you obtain proof of postage. If your item is faulty or the wrong size has been sent by us then the shipping costs will be refunded.

Please contact us before sending your item back so that we can inform you of the appropriate return address. Items must be received back to us within 21 days of us being notified of the return.
